​The Washoe Parent Coalition was founded by a group of parents from the Reno-Sparks area who share concerns about the impact of more tech and less play on children.

 

Our goal is to quickly move from concern into action as we seek to improve and protect the mental, physical and academic development of our children through a combination of state laws, local policy reform and parent-powered collective action.
