How to Request Your Child's Weekly i-Ready Minutes

This request goes through the WCSD records department, not your child’s school.

Some parents have reported being told they need to take different steps to receive this information. This is not true, and we can provide next steps if this happens to you (email us here)

The makers of i-Ready specifically state the lessons are to be used for at least 30 minutes and no more than 49 minutes per subject (math and reading) each week.

WCSD states (scroll to page 12) that students who go above or below this window are “outperformed” by those who stay within it on SBAC.

Making the Request

You will need an image of your driver’s license to upload and the last four digits of your child’s social security number.

Go to this link: https://washoeschoolsnv.scriborder.com/applicationCurrent

Fill out the form, and in the special instructions box, put:

Please send me the records that show how much time my child spent EACH WEEK on the i-Ready math lessons in the 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years and how much time my child spent EACH WEEK on the i-Ready reading lessons in the 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years. I would prefer to receive these documents via email.

Note: If you’d like, you can also request the records that show how much time your child spent on each of their three i-Ready assessments in reading and in math for each of those school years.

Note: They have you give a physical address for delivery, but they send the data via email within a few days.

Skip the application number sections.
